This is a well timed Vox Hunt question since recently, a friend sent me lots of tracks from the '90s and beyond. Love it!
I went to see the Backstreet Boys and then AJ McLean (of the Backstreet Boys). He rocked. His version of Incomplete, with the awesome ending was...umm...awesome!
Maybe not a new JT but buy his album when it's released!
Though I don't like to draw comparisons to The Greatest Song Of All Time, I know that the last time I felt this crazy about a song was my "episode" with Jeff Buckley's Mojo Pin. I had to stop listening to it and I may have to do the same in this instance.
I don't know if it's the song or what it reminds me of that drives me crazy. Either way, share the insanity:

This year (like the last) it's been more about listening to and catching up with old gems that I've missed such as Radiohead's entire back catalogue. There were a couple of goodish albums this year however:
Harrowdown Hill is not necessarily the best song on Thom Yorke's album but I like it for its provocative value.
