Many years ago, when my age was still in single digits, I was walking along with my BFF when someone behind screamed "SAIMA!!!" several times. I turned around and shouted back, "WHAT?!?" He explained that he was actually calling his mate Simon. And there began the tale of homophone-y goodness. I've had to explain to lots of people that I'm not some effeminate bloke called Saima on the phone.
The Simon jokes evolved into Simon Says and then naturally into Saima Says and when I was picking a domain name back in 2000 it seemed the perfect name for my blog. It's been my online moniker ever since. Not to be confused with Monica.
What are some charitable causes that you support or would like to support?

Have you noticed a climate change in the area where you live over the past few years?
On Monday it snowed. In March. Nuff said.

What's your favorite blend or brand of coffee or tea?
I've tried many herbal teas but this one from Jackson's is my favourite. There's also a lemon and ginger one someone bought me that I quite fancy at times. The worst tea I've ever had was Cerasse tea that a colleague got me from Jamaica. It was so bitter and just foul, one sip was too much. So, if anyone ever offers you Cerasse, run for the hills.
